1. 本人於2019年4月第一次幫襯R&P,買左1個可做10次facial treatment package，做到第8次已經同我講，一定要今日（意思做第8次facial當日）俾錢再買新一套10次facial 先會幫我做第9次&第10次, 其實唔使佢講，我本身都想繼續做開就做，雖然唔係特別太好，但當時嘅員工按摩手勢係OK（但個員工已經離職）所以我就繼續買套票。
2. 2020年當本人買咗第二次套票之後疫情一直反覆，每次吃藥做facial呢間舖頭都推搪話滿期，實質係冇人手去做
